How can I make a booking?

Bookings are made via the Compass App. For instructions on how to make a booking, click here

Where do I see all of my bookings once I've made them?

Can I get a PDF/printable copy of my bookings?

To get a printed copy of your bookings, using a laptop or desktop computer go to

I don't have a phone that can install the Compass App

I don't know my Compass login

Why can't I make another booking right after my last booking?

Booking slots have been tailored to add a mandatory 5 minute gap between each booking for each individual. This allows you time to locate the next booking and be ready for the next meeting.

I've made my bookings, but it doesn't show me the locations

Ensure that your Compass App has been updated to the latest version from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 

On your phone, tap the App/Play Store links and then tap the update option.

How can I join an online meeting?

Online meetings are held using Microsoft Teams links available in your bookings sheet. For instructions on how to join your online meetings, click here.

The teacher will not admit me into the online meeting

Make sure that you have typed your full name when prompted to ensure the teacher can identify you.
